Private Appointment with
Alan Sheets and Barbara Tovey

Your private session with Alan and Barbara may be used to either discover your soultype, or to deepen your understanding of your own and the other soultypes. You have the opportunity to experience the postures of strength of soultypes that are not your own, as well as your own posture of strength.

We will also give you a videotape of your soultyping process so you may refer back to your experience after you leave. In addition, we will show you video of other people of your soultype being soultyped, as well as show you video of people who are your soultype in peak performance. This way you will begin to learn what moving from your movement center looks like, and how your presence influences other people.

PRIVATE $200 per person for a half hour appointment / $400 per hour. Preregistration required.

FAMILY Special family rate: up to four family members may be soultyped in a single appointment at $400. Please call for more information.
