MORE ABOUT THE TRAINING PROGRAM

New Equations exists to help you bring your energy and action forward in a way that is fully in service to humanity.

Every person who has participated in New Equations has made a tangible contribution to its development, and we look forward to the contributions that new students will make.

This program offers a student three tracks from which to choose, and a fourth track that will be available to them once they have mastered the third track. A student is asked to select a track at the end of their first retreat. Only Tracks 3 and 4 are dedicated to training a student to teach New Equations and/or soultype.

The New Equations training is an integration process: progress is based on the energy a student puts into the process – it is not linear, and has little to do with time. The starting point is one's soul.

We recognize that students join the program for a variety of reasons and have different levels of preparation and interest. Ultimately, we know that this program will support soultype wisdom, and its integration into human consciousness, in a multitude of ways. While different, each track listed below is in service to humanity. Appropriately, each track involves a different level of commitment and responsibility.

Should you decide to join the program, keep in mind that although you are signing up for a two year training, in order to master soultyping and teaching of New Equations (Tracks 3 or 4), you will most likely need to commit more time. You should look at New Equations training as a lifetime process of refining who you are and how you contribute the gift of your soul to the world.

TRACK 1: Self-Exploration The student's goal is to increase their understanding of self and others while in connection with the New Equations community. It is a unique experience to study and live at the retreat center with many people who know their soultype, and Track 1 makes this possible. This option offers a deeper experience of the soultypes for the student who does not have the time or interest in teaching, learning to soultype, or using New Equations in a more far-reaching capacity. Track 1 requires attendance at all four residential retreats the first year, and attendance the second year is optional. This track does not require participation in homework or participation in training opportunities between retreats, although the student's participation is welcomed.

TRACK 2: Personal Application The student's goal is to learn to apply the practices of New Equations in their personal life. For example, a health practitioner with a professional practice could develop their soultype strength so that they may improve communication with patients, ease stress levels, and have more options in daily life. Track 2 is an excellent opportunity for athletes who want to learn how to optimize movement from their energy center to improve their performance in competition. With mentoring from a New Equations teacher, a student on this track will be required to create programs between retreats that enable them to actively practice applying what they are learning. Participation in homework and training opportunities, such as attendance in workshops between each of the four residential retreats, is optional but recommended. Participation in two retreats the second year is recommended.

TRACK 3: Teacher The student's goal is to teach others about New Equations. This includes actively working on integrating into their body the energies of the nine soultypes, and learning to apply the guiding principles to daily life. Teaching opportunities may include bringing programs to organizations, teaching public workshops, as well as teaching participants in Tracks 1 and 2. Track 3 will lead you to the point where you can independently make and sustain an active soul level connection with another person and lead them to an experience of their soul's power. Once you are able to do this, you will also be able to bring in new energy from the Source at will. This choice requires a commitment to integrate New Equations practices in all areas of one's life. Participation in all homework and training opportunities is required. In order to continue training in Track 3, attendance at two second year retreats is required, and attendance at all four retreats the second year is recommended. A student's progress will be assessed and their qualification to teach will be determined by the founders of New Equations. Once Track 3 has been mastered, if a student would like to take their relationship with New Equations to a deeper level, Track 4 will be an option.

TRACK 4: Master Teacher The student's goal is to develop a mastery that gives them the skill to soultype and teach New Equations' teachers, as well as present programs elsewhere. It needs to be understood that the ability to soultype and teach at the master level takes ongoing practice and refinement that will probably extend well beyond a two year commitment; and, that the life of a Master Teacher involves a lifetime commitment to self-transformation and service to humanity. At the end of the first two years a student will be as far along as their ability and willingness to find a completely new way of being in the world has taken them. This involves learning to always see another person for who they are so the student's connection enables that person to more deeply experience themselves. When a student is successful at this, what they do is in service of others. A student is required to do the following: complete all homework assignments, participate or listen to all relevant training group calls, connect via SightSpeed with students or interns twice per week, organize teaching opportunities and/or assist at workshops presented in their area. A student's progress will be assessed and their qualifications to teach or soultype will be determined by the founders of New Equations.
